Anyone fancy a Ipswich Loop / similar on Thurs night?

25-30 miles. ridable in 2 hours, but prob more like 3 at night.

NOTE. WILL INVOLVE A NIGHT CROSSING OF THE ORWELL BRIDGE. ( ON PATH, BEHIND THE BARRIERS)

Start 18:30 - 19:00 ish ?, as its a full loop, anywhere on Ipswich outskirts.

A few of us are out tonight.

Plan is 19:00 at the Vindaloo on A14 ( The old little Chef by the orwell bridge) ride, then curry.

Ride either heading off towards Felixstowe, Alton or Ips loop.

Start here http://www.vindalooa14.co.uk/

Not sure what its like ?

Much as I'd love to join you, I have a prior appointment with my daughter and a driving lesson, so soz, can't make it.

No worries.

I reckon you want us to sample the curry / beer and report back any side effects before you commit to such a start point.

Nope!

I looked at the website thoroughly, and once I realised that there is no alcohol on there I hurriedly made other arrangements.

Report on the Vindaloo.

Not a bad place.....

Good as a start point for a ride. Big, well lit car park. Food was plentiful and was ok. not top notch, but ok. They were fine with muddy bikers.

All good
