Sorry been busy Sun/Mon----double header walk yesterday at Letheringham am and Wickham.pm--- around 9 miles all told.

So Thursday lets meet at FR22 where most of you have trained with G. TM 399527 on the Tunstall Green /Orford Rd. You can travel either through Tunstall or the Orford Rd B1084 and turn back towards Tunstall Green and its the first FR on the right or the last on the left travelling from Tunstall Green.

See you all around 12ish

SORRY Gals and Guys but I'll have to bail on this one. I have 2 year ends to complete.

I had promised myself to get one done by last Friday and here we are a week later.

I'll be back to roam in a fortnight see you then
