Hi , Gav and I are heading out for a medium paced road ride on the road bikes of course. You are welcome to join in on an MTB if you can keep up or on your road machines if you can handle a slower pace :lol:

Let us know if you are coming , we will meet at Rendlesham Cost Cutters car park

'Medium' pace for Tom = 'Fast' pace for Gav so suspect it wont be a Tom medium more of a Gav medium :)

Don't worry Gav, nothing too taxing, we can keep below 30mph, no need to worry about speeding tickets through the villages that way.lol
